This staffing industry client needed to capitalize on an advertising credit with Monster.com and grow their database of college students available for temporary staffing positions. They had recently commissioned with Harris Interactive, so we developed a campaign that maximized the marketing ROI on that research study by using the results to create a “career predictor tool” that was promoted through targeted banner ads and e-mail blasts. The goal was to raise brand awareness in key markets, among college students, by driving targeted job candidates to an interactive landing page that positioned the company as a leader in finding full time and temporary jobs for students working their way through college.
