This blog was initially launched as a companion to the company’s successful, bi-monthly career e-newsletter. It provided a destination for newsletter articles, as well as increased the number of links to articles residing on their website – thereby boosting search engine rankings. With the launch of local market Facebook pages for its nationwide network of recruiting offices, the blog content strategy evolved to also include B2B communications. All posts were then fed to the local Facebook pages via an RSS feed, which was then supplemented by local recruiter updates on jobs, news and events.
